ReuterStock offers digital educational products and services. Due to the instant nature of digital content delivery, we have specific cancellation and refund policies outlined below.
2. Digital Products Nature
Important: All our products are digital and provide immediate access upon purchase. Once you receive access to the content, it cannot be “returned” like physical products.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Terms
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds are processed at our sole discretion
- Once content is accessed, refunds are generally not provided
3.2 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical issues prevent access to content (and we cannot resolve within 48 hours)
- Payment was charged twice by error
- Content purchased was significantly different from description
- You did not receive access despite payment confirmation
3.3 NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You changed your mind after accessing the content
- You purchased the wrong course/product by mistake (after access)
- You did not like the content after viewing it
- Market predictions/analysis did not match your expectations
- Trading losses occurred (our content is educational, not investment advice)
- You violated our Terms and Conditions
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
4. Course Refunds
4.1 One-Time Course Purchase
- Refund window: 7 days from purchase date
- Must not have completed more than 25% of course content
- Must not have downloaded course materials
- Request must include valid reason
4.2 Course Bundles
- Same 7-day refund policy applies
- If any course in bundle is significantly accessed, entire bundle is non-refundable
5. Subscription Refunds
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Can be cancelled anytime
- No refund for current billing period
- Access continues until end of paid period
- No auto-renewal after cancellation
5.2 Annual/Long-term Subscriptions
- Refund available within 7 days of initial purchase only
- After 7 days, no refunds for unused months
- Can cancel anytime – access until subscription end
- No pro-rata refunds
5.3 Pre-market Bulletins/Daily Research
- Subscription-based service
- No refunds once daily content is delivered
- Can cancel to stop future charges
- No refund for already delivered content

- Go to “My Subscriptions”
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm cancellation

6.2 Cancellation Effect
- Cancellation is effective at end of current billing cycle
- You retain access until the paid period ends
- No charges for next billing cycle
- Can resubscribe anytime at current rates
6.3 Immediate Cancellation
- Not available for subscriptions
- You’ve paid for the period, so access continues
- If you want immediate termination, contact support (no refund)
7. Refund Request Process
7.1 How to Request Refund
Step 1: Email us at ceo@reuterstock.com within 7 days
Step 2: Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Order/Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Product/Course name
- Reason for refund request
- Payment proof/screenshot
Step 3: Wait for response (within 2-3 business days)
7.2 Refund Review Process
- We review each request individually
- May ask for additional information
- Decision communicated via email within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund processed within 7-10 business days
8. Refund Processing
8.1 Approved Refunds
- Processed through Razorpay payment gateway
- Refunded to original payment method
- Credit/Debit card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
8.2 Processing Time
- Refund initiated within 7 business days of approval
- Bank processing may take additional 5-10 days
- Total time: Up to 15-20 business days
8.3 Refund Confirmation
- Email notification when refund is initiated
- Transaction ID provided for tracking
- Contact your bank if not received within stated timeframe
9. Account Access After Refund
Once refund is approved:
- Immediate access to content is revoked
- Account may remain active for free content
- Cannot access purchased/subscribed content
- Downloaded materials must be deleted (honor system)
10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered for:
- Technical issues affecting part of subscription period
- Service disruptions on our end
- Billing errors
10.2 Calculation
- Pro-rata basis for unused period
- Minimum usage requirements apply

11. Special Circumstances
11.1 Technical Issues
If you cannot access content due to technical problems:
- Contact support immediately
- We will resolve within 48 hours
- If unresolved, full refund provided
- Must report within 7 days of purchase
11.2 Duplicate Charges
- Full refund of duplicate amount
- Processed within 3-5 business days
- Provide proof of duplicate transaction
11.3 Unauthorized Transactions

- Investigation conducted
- Refund if unauthorized charge confirmed
- May require police complaint for fraud cases
12. No Refund Scenarios
Absolutely NO refunds for:
- Trading losses based on our educational content
- Market analysis that didn’t meet your expectations
- “Changed my mind” after accessing content
- Purchased wrong product (after access granted)
- Requests made after 7 days
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Content sharing or account misuse
13. Modification of Services
13.1 Service Changes
- We may update or modify content anytime
- No refunds for content updates or changes
- Improvements and updates are part of service
13.2 Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue a service:
- 30 days advance notice
- Refund for unused subscription period
- Alternative arrangements offered when possible
14. Chargebacks
14.1 Chargeback Policy
- Contact us before initiating chargeback
- Chargebacks investigated thoroughly
- May result in account termination
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
14.2 Dispute Resolution
